Good Morning! There really is not a standard price per square foot for a new construction home in Hudson. It depends greatly on the specific builder, neighborhood the home is or will be located in and other factors. Is the home on a city lot or on acreage? Please do let me know if you would like additioonal information. Some builders in Hudson and the surronding communities are offering great prices, packages and financing on model homes at this time. It's a good idea to be represented even when working with a builder and as the buyer this is usually a free service.

There is quite a range - from about $117 (for a 3-bedroom, 2 bath townhouse) to $227 (for a relatively small rambler at about $300K or a large "lodge" home at just under $850K). Average is $165, and average size is about 2300 square feet. There are about 40 new homes for sale in Hudson as of April 24. Per square foot price isn't really a good indicator by itself - you really have to know more about what type of property, where it is, etc.
Please let me know if you wnat more info!
