what is the cost of value per sf for a single family home in san diego CA. I have a lot I plan to move a real

house on it an ad 3000 more sf for a total of 6000 sf. this home will be used for assisted living. it will have 12 bed rooms and 5 bathrooms with a lot size of 17,000 sf. Can you place a rough value on this home as a sfh and not a business thank you
