Lot and block number is the legal description on a property. It can be found on the County Assessors website and is always on a property for sale listing sheet.

Lot and Block are part of the legal description that can be found on the county assessors website or court house. This is usually something your Realtor would take care of for you.

These can be found online at the county assessor's web site in Oklahoma County. They are public records and easily searchable. They give the exact location of the property.

Block and lot number are the final parts of the legal description of a property. A property is identified by the lot and block as well as subdivision name. It is much more accurate than just a house number and street. It is also used on the contract for the purchase of a home. The lot and block number of a property is just a legal description of where the property is located in a subdivision. It's an exact way of describing your property's location.
