You average sold price @ 2000 sqft to 2500 sqft excluding the one foreclosure is 79.04. Sqft price is not ALWAYS a good way to determine if it is a great value. Definitely must take in account the finish out and any upgrades the house may have.

Schools are very big draw for Allen.
