Realtor Fees are negotiable in the state of NJ. Your best bet would be to interview a few Realtors and see what fees they suggest. Also, its good to ask what those fees include. Does it include the Realtor being at every showing or will they put a lockbox on the property? Will they call you with feedback regularly or once a month?
