In this case, the Wing Pointe Townhomes have the SSA combined into their taxes. The actual SSA is $1,056.42 for tax district 18-56 according to the Grafton Township Assessor. This information can be found at the county assessor's office as it is public information ( I have added the link for you). An SSA or Special Service Assessment is imposed to cover the neighborhood's curbs, gutters, lights, streets, and sometimes other important utilities for that specific area. In some cases it can be paid all at once, others it is imposed over a series of years. I am not sure of how long this specific area will have the SSA, but I can find out if you need that information.
