Are you familiar with Burgundy Condos?

Will this be for an investment or primary residence?

We'd have to call the association to find out. The listing didn't show the amount but it is the largest square footage of those in MLS. The lowest listed dues were $150, the highest $220.

Unit 106 is only 967 square feet, while 111 is 1,188 square feet. It is likely the monthly fee is above $220/month.

Hi Castrillionjuan,

The HOA is going to be a little over $200. Unit 106 is similiar size and its at 201/month. It also says HOA fee covers water and trash according to the MLS info.

Please let me know if you need any other information or if you want to view the property. I live about 5 minutes away and I can show it to you anytime.

All others that have sold are showing 150/mo. may have been raised but the agent that listed this just didn't enter it. Call, email or text me and we can put something together if interested in this or any other property. I look forward to assisting you in any way I can.

Probably about $200 a month and includes water/sewer/trash.

You pay electric.

At this price you probably have to pay cash, I don't think you can get it financed.

It is for lease and the lessee is not responsible for the HOA dues.
