Be careful, you know what they say, they say the market went up and homes are now selling for a lot more because they are keeping the foreclosures held tightly and releasing a lil at a time not to flood the market, supply and demand. People think there is not a lot of foreclosures out there. There are so many foreclosures that reg. people have a hard time selling their homes for what they would need

I noticed that you are writing from Palm Bay, FL so I can tell you that the housing market was at it’s lowest point (~72K) in December 2011 and been increasing ever since. The average price of a home today in Palm Bay is 84K.
