The only problem with a question like that one is.. it's far to subjective. What I might think is a great neighborhood, you might think is garbage... :)

I've learned.. the best way in the world to figure out what you really like.. is to send you ALL of the homes that fit what you are looking for, and have you pick out the ones you like.

To get you started... Here are all of the homes that are $230,000 or less. Have 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage or more, on .25 acres or more.

Check them out here:

http://sabor.connectmls.com/listings.jsp?dcid=E0FFBA1B30A0B8…

As an added bonus.. I can get you financing with an interest rate lower than you will find anywhere.. I'll explain how I pull that off later... but everyone loves me for that one! :)

Check out my profile and check out my references..

Give me a call, shoot me a text, or send me an e-mail.. I'd be happy to narrow the focus of these homes to the areas and criteria that fit what you are looking for... Make your life nice and easy :)

There are great neighborhoods in North San Antonio that fit that criteria, plenty to choose from. Is just a matter of your personal preference and what other amenities you'd like in your home and/or neighborhood. I'll be glad to show you what's available in that price range. Just feel free to call me if you have any other questions.

There are many areas that come to mind to answer that question. Your particular lifestyle would also have an influence on the area best for you.

You mentioned a place that is quiet, but do you need close access to medical facilities, shopping & entertainment? There are some nice areas to the north and northwest with wooded areas and nice views. There are areas In Garden Ridge and New Braunfels that would be a good choice.

There are areas in the south of San Antonio that have horse properties as well. Do you care for a community that has a community center with senior activities? There are several of those as well.

I have helped many retired couples so I have learned the questions to ask that are pertinent to them. I would enjoy the opportunity to earn your business. If you have questions or are in need of referrals I will gladly provide that.

I look forward to hearing from you.

The are some very beautiful homes on the outskirts of San Antonio in the area of Adkins, La Vernia and China Grove that you can acquire with as much as 5 acres of property more or less.

I will be happy to generate a listing of available areas for your review.

I would suggest the New Braunfels area such as Rivermill Crossing or the Schertz/Cibolo area. There is less traffic and still lots of nice restaurants to visit and pretty parks to spend your afternoons. If you want to be in San Antonio I would lean towards Hidden Forest to be close to cute shops and a movie theater and also have community ammenities. I have lots of other ideas too. Let me know if a phone call would be helpful to hear more about what you are looking for!
