A CMA Report is a Comparable Market Analysis. It is a study of what other "like" properties are selling for and their asking prices.

It will give you an idea market value of a subject property.

Good luck!

CMA we call that Comparable Market Analysis or Evaluation, in order for this
to come out with the result , we have to compare apple to apple, similar square
feet, age of the property and number of days in the market. these are the most
important thing to come out with the report. Then you will determine the market
value of the proeperty.

CMA stands for Comparative Market Analysis. When you are thinking about selling a house, an agent will do a CMA showing how your house compares to other houses that are on the market, have sold, or have been cancled or expired. Your home is then compard to these comparables and will show you what price similar houses have sold for and what similar houses are listed for currently. This information is used to come up with a suggested listing and or selling price for your home.
