I have a lot of success improving and tweaking peoples credit as part of a plan to purchase a home. And it is free. Credit repair places are not all legitimate and none of them are free!
I'm available to help you at your convenience if you wish.
I can do a full underwriting approval ahead of time if need be and I also offer credit score improvement programs for free while we work on your mortgage. Everyone likes to raise their score!

My question to you is first know what is your debt to income ratio? To get a better answer that question, please read this blog http://getdcsold.com/post/445425/home-buyers-please-prequali
I had a VA Client who three days ago told me that he was looking to buy a house. Cut a long story short, his credit was ok. But his debt to income was 77% and that automatically disqualified him for a loan. My lenders would say 43% is the normall. Anything over that is unacceptable. Good luck to you. Take care.
