Public record is what is shown on the county assessor's site. The county assessor for Oklahoma County is Leonard Sullivan. If you are looking for a home in the Oklahoma City metropolian area, please look at my website. You can register there and search the multilist which will give you prices in real time. By chance, do you have a link or a screen shot of where your question is originating from?

Public Record would be the information that is accessible by the public at the county clerks office. The county clerk records and releases the "Sold Price" only after the sale has closed. I hope this helps, please feel free to contact me if I can be of further assistance :)

That it was a normal sale (as opposed to a non-sale deed transfer). Maybe a realtor or title agent can explain this in more detail. Thanks!
