Before making an offer on a Condo or Planned Unit Development you must review the CC&R's of the Home Owner Association (Convents, Conditions, and Restrictions). HOA's can place many restrictions on owners such as no pets or restrict certain paint colors on houses etc…
FIRST ANSWER
Depends on the HOA, some have more strict rules than others. Depending on the kind of pet you have as well. Once you find out where you would like to live, you have to look through the HOA docs or make a call to the HOA to find out.
