I just showed Trump Tower Stamford CT yesterday and I was reminded of all the wonderful features this building offers...including value. The one bedrooms with over 1,000sqt of living space, some with balconys and excellent views, kitchens with viking appliances, marble baths and fine millwork...were priced in the $600's. Trump Parc Stamford CT offers a wireless lounge, screening room, fitness center, large public terraces, concierge and indoor pool with a retractable wall to the outdoors....really nice! Combined with the ammenities that the City of Stamford CT offers including access to Long Island Sound, Beaches and Parks and Transportation...it would be a wonderful investment and a wonderful place to call home!

Yes, Trump Parc is a great investment because of its downtown location, close to shops, restaurants, theatres, Mill River Park, and all the lively events that downtown offers. With 35 stories, you can't beat the view overlooking all of Stamford and Long Island Sound. On a clear day you can even see Manhattan! The complex has many amenties including: covered parking, a heated pool, a fitness center, a world class restaurant, a billards room, a screening room, a party room, a wireless lounge, a childrens' play center, a rooftop observation deck, a concierge, and a shuttle to the train. Luxury living in a brand new building!

I want to move in too!!! I visited the sales model and I was told they are rolling out a "why Rent when you can own" type of program in June.
Tobey (sales office) told me that I can live in Trump (as an owner) for what i am currently throwing away on rent each month...AND they are waiving the common charges for a few years.
Now i just hope that i qualify! I think this is definately a great investment.

Downtown Stamford is alive! The Mill River Park renovation, the shops, the restaurants...it is all great.
