I know they have their own radio station and the city has been fixing many of the streets. I sold a home to a single mom with two children and she loves her home... fixed it up and it's charming! Lot's of interesting zoning.

I have lived in sunnyside for six years. I have never had any problems. Very very getto...? huh? South dallas is getto, parts of Phoenix are getto. There is no getto in flagstaff. sunnyside is a little rough around the edges but most certainly not getto.

it is very very ghetto! my sister lives there and she has drug dealers all around her neighborhood and sometimes she gets psychose at her house at 2 in the morning thinking that it is a dealers house, or asking where it is! not a good place!
