what do you folks think about the talley street lofts in downtown decatur?
what do you folks think about the talley street lofts in downtown decatur? they are a few blocks away from downtown decatur (on Sams St) and price at around 200K. They are brand new and there is a urban development plan going on in that area.
I am trying to decide between that, the Chamblee Area, and Ralph McGill Blvd.
My wife, new born baby and I live at Talley St Lofts, and we absolutely love the place. We used to live in Inman Park, on North Highland, next to all the new restaurants and stuff. We like this much better. Not that there was anything wrong with Inman Park, but nothing beats having Decatur less than a mile away. Great restaurants, and bars. 5 minutes from the Dekalb Farmer's Market.
The pool, exercise room and lounge just add to the experience. And of course, the neighbors are all very nice.
