There are options in Christiansburg that are available, for sure, in several different styles. All told in Christiansburg there are more than 8000 different homes and condos and townhomes, so options are certainly available. Many that are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are going to be townhomes, but also single-family as well, in different styles - split foyers, ranch, two story, etc.
