It is true, this home was purchased at a sheriff sale. Right now it is available for sale as a single family dwelling with several purchase options: as is, partially restored, totally restored.

I see that on Trulia this is listed as a "multi-family" dwelling. That may be a potential in the allowable uses but it would have to be investigated. Were you searching for a multi-family dwelling?

It was owned by Lasalle Bank NA. But is now owned by what I would guess is an investor.
