My mom own a studio in the Marlboro house, which I'd like to sell for her, Unit 201 (she is moving to our home). She is asking $55K but will consider all offers. The full maintenance cost, which includes taxes, utilities, 24 hr. manned security, pool, small gym, laundry on floor & NYC bus right out front door, is $772/month. This unit has a close parking space to back door. It's really a lovely place for all age groups, clean & neat. They also host holiday parties, pool parties during the summer and this unit has a perfect place to watch the July 4th parade. (Aug 2013)

Hi Prissy,

Marlboro is a co-op, not a condo. Maintenance fees vary by the unit based on size and location within the building. 1 bedroom units about $1,050. 2 bedroom units about $1,250.
