Good evening Amanda,
I see that you are leaning toward "Parkside". It is an excellent community with tennis courts, a manned gate and a play area for your children. I had the chance to show properties within the community and the only other community that is comparable to this one (also in terms of HOA Fees) is Seasons. The location is different, with "Seasons" more centrally located. The HOA fees are $825 per quarter in "Parkside", and $1,065 per quarter in "Seasons". Prices range from $575,000 to $975,000 in "Parkside", and from $749,900 to $1,149,000 in "Season". I have included two links to the different properties available both in "Parkside" and "Seasons" and I hope you will find them helpful.
