what are the deed restrictions in Las Lomas, Cape Coral, Fl?

Help the community by answering this question:

There are virtually no deed restrictions within Las Lomas, with exception of the ordinance restricting commercial vehicles in the driveways of homes. It is part of unincorporated Cape Coral, and is zoned Ag2, so you can have farm animals on your property as well (with some exceptions). I'd be happy to answer any additional questions you may have on the Southwest Florida area.

There are basically no deed restrictions. You cannot have a commercial vehicle in the driveway. Here is the link to the City of Cape Coral.

Please give me a call! I have a colleague in my office that has a listing currently in Las Lomas and he would be very happy to answer all your questions. It is in Cape Coral, but it's outside the incorporated city limits. We have a title company working on determining if there is an existing Home Owner's Association but in the meantime, we would love to assist you.
