There are NO advantages to working with the listing agent. He has a fiduciary responsibility to the seller. All the negative information he has about the home will not be disclosed to you as a buyer. It could be a conflict of interest. It is best to work with an exclusive Buyer's agent who will look out for your best interest. Kim Joseph 914-414-3211
We're looking for more agents & offer commission splits up to 90% with no fees. If you know anybody who might be interested, I'll pay you up to $2,000 each for your agent recruits.
Hope this helps!

William Raveis Legends Realty Group
The advantage to you as a home buyer would be number one you don't have to pay the broker. Secondly the broker will be honest with you as welll as the seller. They will guide you, and be with you from the time you view your first property till the closing. When they say sellers broker it generally just means that the seller is paying them and they owe everything to the seller for that reason. If you are looking representation for your self you can hire an agent, like my self to represent your interests and needs. I can be reached at 718-517-1213
