Title Junction LLC’s answer
As a foreigner there are no additional title costs in purchasing anything!
As far as a loan is concerned it can get a bit complex, however you would need to speak with a loan officer at a bank to determine what is needed or required for a loan.
Good luck!

As mentioned below, there are no additional fees for foreign buyers but financing vacant land is difficult for anyone, foreign or domestic. The very low price of vacant land does not not provide a bank with high enough profit to bother.

The buying process is the same as for a US citizen if paying with cash, if financing you will need a lender that handles foreign nationals, if Florida that is not usually a problem. The difference comes in when you sell the property, you will be withheld the tax.

Hope that helps.

There are no additional costs and yes loans are available. There are things that effect foreign sellers that you should be aware of.
I have a brochure that explains what non US citizens should know when buying and selling property in the US. Feel free to contact me for a copy.

Good morning and Merry Christmas! As a foreigner you have no extra fees than anyone else would pay. Typical closing costs include recording fees taxes and the like. Yes financing for foreign nationals is possible. There. are loans for existing properties and new construction and several lenders are available.
