what are rules surrounding mold disclosure with HUD homes?
I recently won the bid on a HUD home, after receipt of the approved contract my home inspection revealed extensive mold. more then was outlined in the property condition report. what options do i have? Can I get out of the deal? What time frames are there? I assume FHA will not approve the loan until this is taken care of.
