what are out legal rights if prev owners didn't diclose leak in pool and inspection didn't find it?

An attorney would be able to advise you on your legal rights relative to this. It may be difficult to prove they knew there was a leak and they withheld the information intentionally.

Was there a pool serviced by a pool company involved with pool maintenance?...they may have information that would support your theory. Are ther any visible patches from previous leaks?

Only an Attorney can make the determination:

There may be liability on the part of the Real Estate Brokerage and the Pool Inspector.

There may be failure to disclose issues with the Seller.

See a Real Estate Attorney right away.
