what about the flooding history around sitkum lane & crosby road how often are these blocked in some way because of flooding. where to go for?

According to the flood zone maps, yes it does, potentially along most of Myrtle Point-Sitkum (which follows the East fork of the Coquille River), Crosby Rd, and Yankee Run road, and Gravelford as well. 1% annual chance of flooding and 26% chance over the life of a 30 year mortgage.
