The biggest thing right now with banks seem to be your credit scores and your debt-to-income ratio. In a case like yours your credit is much more important than length of time at a job since your husbands last job he was at for 4 years. Most lenders understand that people move and have to change jobs. But, if your husband changed jobs every 6 months then there might be some concern.
