We have very few options, limited but stable income and poor credit. Rent to own was a option but seems a little shaky at this point. What are our options for obtaining a new home? and Can this be done quickly? We have only a month or two left at our current residence

Do a lease-purchase 24 months minimum to rebuild your credit.

I suggest contacting your local social services office for assistance with housing. I'm not too knowledgeable about this topic of conversation, but Chapter 8 housing may be an option. I would also contact Habitat for Humanity for an application into their program. Good luck.
