Hi Janet, You have probably had this question answered off-line already, but in the event you are working with an agent, they can set up a search in the MLS for you with the criteria you request, including the option to rent to own. When a property is found that matches your criteria, you will automatically receive an email containing those properties, and if you see any you like your agent can arrange for you to see them. If you have not already enlisted the services of a real estate professional, I would advise doing so and have them set up the search I mentioned.
