Did your realtor tell you that you had a verbal? Most banks dont provide verbal agreements. The case manager for the bank may had said the offer looked good but i doubt he gave a firm commitment.

"Verbal" is worth NOTHING.

Unless you have a written agreement, there is no Enforceable Contract under Florida Law.


Contact your Agent or Attorney or the Bank, and tell them you want it in Writing.
