I just spoke with the listing agent on the above mentioned property and she has informed me that they are scheduled to close on/before June 23rd. All contingencies (Financing, Appraisal) have been met and the owner is moving out the last bit of furniture this coming week. As per her conversation with the Association president back in April, the community had not yet met their 80/20 quota for under 55+.
