Hi Torvi,
I agree with Denise your first step should be to chose a realtor to work with, then you can explain what you are looking for and what you can afford. They will set up a search for you with your criteria and you can see what is available. If you haven't already done so please see a lender to get a pre approval letter so that you know what you really can afford and if you see a home you love you'll be ready to go.
If you need assistance or just have more questions please feel free to contact me.

Hello Torvi~

With out your criteria it is a bit difficult to advise you. As in how many bedrooms, living area sqft, lot sqft, schools, price range etc. In Evergreen there are 95148,95121,95135,95138. San Jose area will have many other good district areas. Also realtors can not stir you in a particular area. I would advise that you work.. with a realtor. If you have any other questions or would like to speak with a realtor about his further please feel free to contact me.

Best Regards~

What is your price range? What do you consider a "good district"? What are your needs?

Would you like to schedule a free, no obligation consultation to learn about buying a home in Santa Clara County? If so message me.

In the meantime, you can go to my website to get an idea of pricing for various areas.

Have an amazing day.

Hi Torvi:

There are many fine neighborhoods and areas based on Location, Price,
Walk scores and your budget.

Start, with Campbell, Cambrian, Evergreen, Almaden, Los Gatos, Saratoga,
Los Altos, Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Milpitas, Fremont, San Mateo County.
Blossom Valley, Santa Teresa.

Quite a list but if commute is important, then one needs to scale down.

If price is important more so.

Thank you for your question, Torvi:

As Allyson, Denise and Terri pointed out, there are many good schools and school districts in San Jose.

We really need to know what you are looking for in a school and what you can qualify to purchase before we can give you any advice that will be useful to you.

I recommend that you schedule an appointment with the REALTOR that you have selected to represent your interests in the purchase to discuss the issues of what you can afford and what you are looking for in a school.

If you have not selected a REALTOR yet, I recommend that you contact Allyson, Denise or Terri for an appointment to discuss this issue in more detail.
