Congrats on your decision to look at homes in this area. Of course, by posting that question here, you will receive lots of answers basically saying "pick me, pick me"! Purchasing a home, regardless of whether it's your primary residence, a vacation getaway or an investment property, is a major purchase. Therefore, choosing an agent to represent you should not be taken lightly. Ask questions! The number of transactions the agent has successfully closed, whether or not they are familiar with the type of property you're buying and whether or not YOU personally feel you trust them is extremely important. Spending some time "visiting" with an agent, even over the phone, can give you a good sense of whether they are looking out for your interests or not.
Best wishes with your home search and, please, let us know if we can help!
