want to buy home in Pahrump Nevada! We now rent and are paying over $1000. monthly. Chapter 13 in progress for back taxes, credit bad, great income. No down no credit qualifying. can make payments upward of $1000. 2 adults no children. Does any one have any info on such a deal?

I may have a deal (nice owner financed home) for you. Have you made an Offer in Compromise to the IRS ? Your Chap 13 would have to be discharged and any liens deleted, prior to closing.
FIRST ANSWER
You might not due to the back taxes if the IRS finds out about this they COULD POTENTIALLY lien the house your are wanting to do owner finance on. Good luck http://www.lynn911.com
