trying to find comps in a new developement. Is their some way builders some how can hide or conceal this info?

Hello Al,
The sold information is public record, you will probably have to check with the county to obtain the sales price if the homes were not listed in the MLS. The answer is no they cannot hide or conceal the price. And it may take a few weeks to be posted. Steve Robertson RE/MAX Alliance
