Paul,
As a result of my own personal experience (wherein the property within which I live was perceived as vacant, the listing info copied and then advertised on Craigs List as a rental as a hellava deal producing beau coup prospective renters visting the property at all hours of the day and night peaking in my windows insisting that they were comminicating with my dead Mother), I now educate sellers of vacant properties as to the pitfalls and ask them to authorize me to advertise their properties "with address".
In conclusion, "address not disclosed" may have various meanings.
Love and Peace,

Paul:
Not True. Some MLS systems do not allow addresses to be downloaded to external websites. It is completely out of an agents control. When a property is under contract it should cycle off the website if the agent has marked it on the MLS system too. Hope that helps you.
thanks Paul for your opinion, unfortunately you are not correct. When we list property for sale there is a form to present to the seller requesting if they would like the address of thier property disclosed or not on the internet, if the seller states they do not want thier address disclosed, we as agents can not disclose the address.
So for those seeing undisclosed address and would like more information regarding the property, please do not hesitate to contact the agent.
Thank you.
