for landlords?
Section is great if you know what to expect. Even better if you can invest and have someone else manage.
Below is not section 8, let me know if you might be interested. You get the prop, you get the cash flow, you don't get any of the headaches.
3 bdrm, 2 bath- $82K
3 year lease 1100/month
Tenant has occupied for past ten years
Proof of all payments
Includes property management if needed
Let me know if you are interested.
Eric,
you will hear good and bad feedback on section 8 just as you would hear good and bad stories about non section 8 tenants. The upside to section 8 is that on the first of every month you get direct deposit for the section 8 housing portion . So example is if you are getting 1000.00 a month and section 8 pays 700 of that then you are going to get that on the first of each month. So even if your tenant falls on hard times you will be getting a portion rather than nothing at all. Also if the tenant trashes the home they can loose their sect 8 voucher so they have incentive not to mess up the home. If you need assistance in finding a home and tenant I would be happy to help you.
Thank you,
Dave Grant
