Actually,
I did find this property. It was originally listed for 680,000 and is now listed at 598,900 for sale. It has been on and off the market for the last two or three years. Its 5.2 acres located in the Wauconda area. MLS # 06165927. I can't seem to find the rental although the mls remarks from the agent stated that it was rented until 9/2007 for $1500 a month.

Hi Barbie,

That property is not currently listed in the MLS. The last time it was in the MLS was 2 years ago and was rented for $2000 a month. If you saw it was being offered by driving by, I would suggest looking to see if there is a contact number and calling that.
