However, remember the listing agent represents the seller and not the buyer. If you are looking to buy you can contact an agent and give them the information on the house so they can inquire.

You could contact the listing broker directly for information. Be carefull to not buy the home through that agent as he/she will be representing the seller of the home and you should really have an agent on your side representing you. Unless that doesnt bothe you of course.
It would be very easy to have another broker just inquire on the home and report back to you with whatever information you want or need.
