Glenda is right, nothing on Park Lane, but there was a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo in Reston listed at $115,000, it actually sold in January. Sometimes listings do not get removed off Trulia after they are sold for a couple of months, you would need a " live" MLS search to be able to see the actual listings.

I'm not sure where you saw it posted, but nothing on Park Garden Lane has been listed in the MLS at anywhere close to that price in the last 6 months. Where did you see it advertised?
