Hello Angelina. Which properties are you talking about? Are you talking about properties on Trulia that come from RealtyTrac? If so, most likely you are not seeing asking prices as RealtyTrac includes preforeclosure properties and the amounts that you'll see are only the loan amounts, not the asking prices. Could you please give more detail so that we can answer your question better. Thank you.
