I would like to know if it's possible to find property that is splittable and appropriate for affordable/ reirement type development
i ran into a fella the other day that has 80 acres he could be persuaded to part company with -- it's in the wimberely area (south of austin and north of san antonio) interesting community --
I have the "perfect property" One that has a house on acerage so you buy the property as a sfh and then split at close.
Do you have a Broker that you are working with? I met someone in a Land Class I took a few years ago from your area that specialized in exactly what you are talking about. He was based out of Austin, but covered San Antonio, too. Let me know if want me to locate him for you. I don't have his contact info here, but I clearly remember him from my Realtor Land Institute training. He specialized in land acquisitions for small builders.
How many units are you planning on building
