I have been showing quite a few homes in that area over the past 2 weeks. There are several gems. You don't need to find a hud home in that area to get a home with a good price and good bones. If you are currently not working with an agent, I would love to help you in your home search. Please contact me.

I would be happy to show you the house however I would need to know if you have been pre-approved for a loan. It also states on the MLS that the terms are cash or an investor which normally means the house would not qualify for a FHA or VA loan due to the current condition, so Conventional would probably be your financing option.
