selling home that lists appliances, etc in sale. I took all curtains down and like to take dr light. Can i take the light and curtains?

Thanks bob. Have a contract that doesn't point to curtains or dr light.
Close in 30 days. Not worth the buyer getting mad at walk through.
So wont take them.

If you have a contract- Jeff is on it! If you don't : think
this through carefully.! Even if you can w/o penalty -what
are you gaining? If the the Dining Room is going to need
a new light- you have just added a negative for the Buyer's
to consider and possibly hesitate on. Pretty valuable light
to even risk this possibility"! Will the absence of the curtains
make the rooms feel less inviting?i
Generally, residential contracts specify whether the "window
treatments" stay or not ,and unless otherwise stated a Light
FIXTURE would be included along with " all fixtures" and
stay. The potential losses to you far outweigh the Benefits
the contract not withstanding!
