agent isnt saying anything. Just that we will have to close on another day. And she asked the other agent to ask the sellers if we could move in Fri (the day we were supposed to close) and close within the next couple of days. The sellers are going to pre sign the papers because they are going on vacation on Monday.

What is your agent saying? You do have some rights when if comes to your contract. Your agent or the closing attorney could advise you what are your rights. You can negotiate a buyer possession before closing.
