reply from Scott on closing & county

I do have title insurance that is part of my closing. How long does it take sometimes to clear this mess up. also you say it is a seller problem with the title. Is that do to merging property together. My Realtor is quit confused by what had happened at the last minute. She was not aware of this problem going to happen. My lender was trying to get it right it was just to late to complete for closing. Will this be a small issue & I still will get the property soon.

It depends on a lot of factors, Kimberly, such as what the title issues are or if they are tied up in probate, etc. Regardless, I advise (please read "almost insist' here) that all my client buyers purchase their own title policy. In my opinion, it is a critical part of the buying process.
