At this time you only have a studio residence and are probably looking at $900-$950 per month in it's current condition. Again not taking into account the possibly non-permitted bedrooms in garage. It appears that this property may have been in transition for upgrades or remodel but never came to fruition.
Tax records show 2 bedrooms but the main structure has no bedrooms at all. You'll have to take that into account.
