Hi Kanwal,

Have you registered in the Sales office? If not, I would be happy to help you and can ngotiate the price with the builder. The builder will be paying the commission so it won't cost you anything to have a realtor represent you. I would also like to show you the comparables to make sure the price you pay is justified.

I have been in the business 22 years and have represented buyers with many home builders including KB homes.
