Hi, not sure if you have found someone or not, but not only have I done USDA, I have 2 homes currently listed that qualify for USDA AND I live in the area! If you are still looking, please feel free to give me a call or ask your current agent to contact me for those 2 homes!

The USDA loans are some of the best product still widely available on the market today. The lender is the most important person in this ttransaction. You can work straight with USDA at the Meadowbrook location or chose a lender that orginates on behalf of USDA. Either will work fine. I have worked on both sides of USDA loans and am happy to answer any specific questions. One last note, the Browns Summit area has experienced the most growth over the last five years and this trend north is likely to continue. In any event, good luck. Andy 336-4024118

I have represented buyers with USDA, FHA, VA, Conventional and most any other type of loan you can think of. Jason is correct that the lender is the most important when it comes to a USDA loan as there are many stipulations that are a little different from other types of loans. The agent does need to be versed in the differences, but more importantly, have knowledge of the areas that you are looking to purchase in. My recommendation is to interview a few agents and choose the one that connects with you and understands your needs and goals and is willing and competent to help you achieve and obtain those goals. There are many agents that will fit this description I'm sure and I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you and hopefully could earn your trust. You can reach me through my profile hear on Trulia or through my website. i look forward to hearing from you.

I have done buyer side USDA sales and currently have a listing under contract which is USDA qualified. It would be more important to have a lender well versed in USDA loans than an agent who specializes in USDA housing. I would be more than happy to speak with you furthur in regards to the homes that are available in our area that qualify for USDA. Feel free to contact me if I can be of any service to you.
