Hello,
36 homes closed escrow in September. The lowest price was $60,000, highest $170,150, average $97,843. Five of those were at the golf course.
24 homes were bank owned (foreclosures), 10 short sales, and only two regular owner sales.
Average days on market are 88 and the average per sq.ft. selling price is $61.
